Mr. Anthony & Justin Shute Major League Comfort Systems 1664 Seattle Slew Way Oceanside, CA 92057 May 8, 2026 Justin and a new worker, Declan shadowing him Were here to do our Semi-annual service. This service was considered our Spring service, as they mainly concentrated on the AC. Justin has become the face of Service for Major League and he is without a doubt exceptional. His very nice and polite attitude is always present and his professionalism is so very present. With these periodic semi-annual service we continue to never have a problem with our Heating and Air Conditioning we never have a problem. Major League has an amazing business model and deserves every compliment and accolade it receives. If you want superior service, Major League is the HVAC company you want to use!!!!

Dylan , our serviceman, was very kind, respectful, efficient and professional. I certainly would be very happy to have him service our HVAC system anytime!

THANKS AGAIN. Am I allowed to give 6 stars. Great job, great company. Justin completed our HVAC tuneup yesterday. We asked him a question regarding air purification systems for our furnace. I really liked his answer...Justin gave me enough information to interest me after I read the website. However, he was smart enough to know when to tell me he would provide the next answers after he did more research. I do not expect anyone to know anything more than their personal limits of info, then provide more at a later time. At least a 6 star answer.

The technicians are always friendly, efficient and clean! A great company to use. We have been using Major League Comfort systems since they installed the A/C & heating unit many years ago. They do not disappoint!

As a retired Marine Corps aviator family, we know the importance of regular maintenance. The team at Major League is our first call for heating and air conditioning purchase and maintenance since the 1990's. A warning light came on our thermostat. We called and left a message. Autumn called back to let us know that Justin would be by after the regular work day. He came, checked out the whole system and got us back in business. Today, routine maintenance was performed by Declan giving us confidence that our HVAC system is ready to keep us comfortable during the upcoming season. Outstanding customer service!

As always, Major League lived up to their name. I had been having issues with my heating system. Apparently there had been a powers surge, which had damaged the fan. Justin immediately diagnosed the issue and was equipped with all the parts necessary to fix my heating. Without have to wait weeks for parts to arrive, amazing! Justin also came up with a solution to prevent future power surge issues. Again fully prepared for everything he was able to install a power surge protector. Within two hours, Justin had fix my heating system run a full diagnostic check and safeguard the system from future issues. To have a well educated service mechanic as well as a well equipped service vehicle is above and beyond today’s standards.
