As a new home owner in North County San Diego, I started searching for a place to repair my A/C problems I was experiencing. I found Major League Heating and Air & immediately made an appointment. Justin was my scheduled technician and was VERY knowledgeable. He helped me understand why things were doing what they were doing, gave me options on what I could do to prevent certain situations in the future and kept a positive, professional attitude the entire time. I really enjoyed his expertise. This experience felt very comforting, knowing that they were really there to help and educate. We bought a home with a 19 yr old AC unit. During renovations the unit was disconnected and the location of the thermostat was covered up with newly installed drywall. When I called Major League Comfort Systems, they were understanding and very friendly. They worked hard to schedule us in right away. Justin is awesome and very experienced! He quickly found where the thermostat was and installed a new one. He hooked up our AC and didn’t try to upsell us into buying a new one. He only made recommendations on how to help it run better. If I detail out everything Justin did, I would be writing a book. Let’s just say he is the real “White Glove Guy”! Not to mention they are also very affordable. Every interaction my wife and I have had with this company has been refreshingly pleasant. You just don’t get that type of customer service and experience these days. Call them, you won’t be disappointed 🤙🏾🌴

Called them for a diagnostic on my poor old AC. They came on time, were completely professional, cleaned my unit while they were here , and gave me a couple of options for improving my situation. Everything was put back where it should be when done, really couldn’t have done better unless they could magically fix my 20-year old unit.
