Been customer for 5 years and never any problems I like them Never any thing nor surprises.

As always, Major League lived up to their name. I had been having issues with my heating system. Apparently there had been a powers surge, which had damaged the fan. Justin immediately diagnosed the issue and was equipped with all the parts necessary to fix my heating. Without have to wait weeks for parts to arrive, amazing! Justin also came up with a solution to prevent future power surge issues. Again fully prepared for everything he was able to install a power surge protector. Within two hours, Justin had fix my heating system run a full diagnostic check and safeguard the system from future issues. To have a well educated service mechanic as well as a well equipped service vehicle is above and beyond today’s standards.

Unfortunately it was during a very hot spell and my wife had to have outpatient surgery and come home to a hot house. Justin stepped into action and was able to come over the next day and diagnosed the problem. He then arranged working with Anthony, the owner of Major League, to get the part overnighted. Anthony then cancelled a medical appointment the next day to come over and install the part and get our system back up running. You do not find this kind of commitment to customers in most company's. Major League has an amazing business model and deserves every compliment and accolade it receives. If you want superior service, Major League is the HVAC company you want to use!!!!

Justin, the technician from Major League Comfort Systems, was on time, courteous, and thorough. His knowledge of the science behind everything he does with our system is impressive. We feel a sense of security having the twice annual maintenance program for our HVAC system!

Justin took care of our A/C system, explained the process, performed a full inspection and maintenance, plus offered great information on optimum settings and other operational parameters to maximize performance and efficiency. He did a great job. Adding to this post following a break/fix service…I went with this company for the service - there are lots of good A/C units out there, but one day it will come down to the service, and Major League Comfort Services delivers on the Service. They advocate for their customer, they show up on time, know their stuff, and provide product AND customer care. Great products aren’t maximized unless there’s great service. Major League Comfort Systems is a excellent and very Professionally run business . Their Service Tecnition , Justin , is a true professional in every aspect of the word . His assistant Mc Land and himself were on time , Courtios , Friendly and Hard Working . Justin was able to detect a difficult electrical problem l emafter 2.5 hours of intense trial and error . With all of His skills as a Certified HVAC Tecnition he was able to detect and locate the trouble with My Air-conditioning system . And thanks to Hard work and Effort He was able to resolve My problem and save the cost of a major repair bill . Thank You so very much Justin and McLand and Major League Comfort Systems for a job well done .

Major league Comfort, they were here to perform the annual maintenance on our unit. They were here on time cleaned the inside and outside units. They performed a system inspection and went over the entire inspection with us. They didn’t rush the maintenance or inspection and we can’t recommend them any higher! They do an outstanding job.

As a retired Marine Corps aviator family, we know the importance of regular maintenance. The team at Major League is our first call for heating and air conditioning purchase and maintenance since the 1990's. A warning light came on our thermostat. IWe called and left a message. Autumn called back to let us know that Justin would be by after the regular work day. He came, checked out the whole system and got us back in business. Yesterday, routine maintenance was performed giving us confidence that our HVAC system is ready to keep us comfortable during the upcoming season. Outstanding customer service!
